Arthur "Jerry" Kremer heads the Island Strategies team. Mr. Kremer is a 23 year veteran of the New York State Assembly and is the only Long Island elected official to ever head the prestigious and powerful Ways and Means Committee. He has served on a number of major state boards, including the MTA Capital Review Board.

Mr. Kremer is a well known figure throughout the state and lectures frequently on energy and government issues. His weekly political commentary is seen in Long island Business News, which is circulated around the country. Kremer is the senior political analyst for Cablevision's News 12 channel. Anthony Figliola is a government relations professional with extensive experience in both lobbying and politics. Figliola leverages his extensive professional relationships, taking a proactive approach to solving clients' complex issues. He brings almost a decade of private and public sector government experience to his position. Most recently, he held the title of Deputy Chief of Staff for the Town of Brookhaven, where he managed the town's economic and energy initiatives.

Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency. In both roles he was responsible for the overall management of the town's Empire Zone program as well as the management of the town's marketing, site selection and economic policy programs, including the town's groundbreaking Workforce Development Program. Figliola's efforts to promote economic development in Brookhaven led to the retention and creation of more than 1,500 jobs and over $800 million in capital investment.
